"Dom"

Dom plays it like a true South African opening batsman and favours the drive. Patient while he gets his eye-in, he can pick up the pace when needed. A sharp fielder, usually at point, and a useful change bowler with a steady rhythm, he has been known to open the bowling.

As Captain of his hockey 1st XI, Dom's first love leaves him little time for cricket matters. but I guess at least it keeps him fit for the cricket season.

(Or gives him a hernia, so he can't play at all)
