A powerful lad, Jonno played Baseball for South Africa where he was born, and does it show in his catching and fielding; Already the safest hands in the Thistle side. An attacking batsman with some huge shots, capable of destroying a bowling attack. Twice this season he has scored more than 24 runs in a single over. With his head screwed on he has the perfect cricket attitude and has developed as a batsman throughout 2007.

This rapper can be a nippy right-arm over bowler, just the run-up that lets him down due to a knee injury. Accurate bowling has cemented Jonno in the opening slot.
