Matthew has a nice technique developing with the bat in the 2nd XI. Good defensively and can read and punish a bad ball with good timing and power.

Needs to develop confidence and learn to dominate the bowler, only then will his true talent surface. Would be a decent addition to the bowling if there were not so many bowlers in the side already.
